What to ask both
- What will my bill be in month 13, and in year 3?
- Are installation, setup or router fees included?
- Is there a contract or an early-termination fee?
- Is service live at my address now, or is this a pre-sale?
Common questions
Which is faster?
Both offer symmetrical fiber. Frontier reports a higher top advertised tier (7 Gbps vs. 5 Gbps) in FCC data. Most homes won't notice the difference above 1 Gig.
